Jiva Jamun Vinegar is naturally fermented vinegar made from high-quality Jamuns (Black Plums) loaded with antioxidants and other essential vitamins and nutrients offering you a multitude of health benefits. It contains strands of ‘Mother Vinegar’, a proof of unfiltered and unpasteurised vinegar. Jamun as fruit has anti-diabetic properties. It converts starch and sugar into energy, thereby effective in reducing blood sugar levels. It combats bloating in the digestive tract by preventing excessive acid formation. It is helpful in preventing urinary tract infections and urine retention by the body. The mother vinegar that settles at the bottom or floats around is full of beneficial enzymes, pectin, and trace minerals. You can also use it for cooking purposes, add in salads, or use it on your skin. The vinegar is healthy in every way.

Caution

Consume Jiva Jamun Vinegar in moderate quantity. Do not exceed the recommended daily usage. Not recommended for pregnant women and lactating mothers.

  • Organic Jamun Juice (Syzgium cumini) fermented up to 5% acidity.
  • Dilute 10 ml of Jiva Organic Jamun Vinegar in a glass of water and consume twice a day on an empty stomach. Do not consume directly without diluting with water. Shake well before use as it contains naturally suspended fruit particles that settle at the bottom. Do not filter.
