Key Ingredients :-

• Ayush Kwath (1 N x 150 g)
• Chyawanprasha (1 N x 500 g)
• Anu Oil (1 N x 20 ml)
• Giloy Capsules (60 capsules)

Direction :-

Ayush Kwath – Boil 3 g (1 teaspoon full) in 150 ml of water for 2 to 3 minutes. Consume warm like tea, once or twice daily. Gud (Jaggery) and Draksha (Raisins) and or Lemon Juice can be added while consuming the formulation or as directed by the physician.

Chyawanprash – Take 1-2 tablespoon twice a day to enjoy its optimum health benefits.

Anu Oil – Two drops of this oil should be applied in both the nostrils, after a hot water bath or before going to bed with a cotton swab or earbud.
