Are the prices displayed on the website inclusive of taxes?
The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

What are the modes of payment that you accept?
Mode of Payment shall entirely depend on your convenience. You can choose to pay online through credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, Paytm & PayPal. We take very strict measures to ensure a fair and secure online transaction. However, if a customer does not feel comfortable transacting online, he or she can choose to pay through cash on delivery.

Is there any minimum value of order required to shop at jiva.com?
Happy Shopping!!! There is no minimum order policy while shopping at www.jiva.com

How will I know that my order has been confirmed?
On prepaid orders, a notification will be sent to your email address along with the order reference number. For Cash on Delivery orders, the same will be confirmed through a phone call by our customer care executive after you have placed the order.

Do I get a bill for my shopping?
Yes, you will be provided with a bill when your order is delivered to your address.

What are the shipping charges?
Domestic Orders

  • If order value is less than Rs. 499, you will be charged Rs. 50.

International Orders

  • If weight of order is below 1kg, you will be charged $30.
  • If weight of order is in between 1-2kg, you will be charged $45.
  • If weight of order is more than 2kg, $10 will be charged for every additional 1 kg

How will I be informed about order details, tracking status, estimated delivery time and payment information?
When your order is received, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order. Then, when your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation with the following information:

  • Items purchased
  • Payment information
  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery time*
  • *Since we deliver the products through various courier partners or India Post, estimated delivery time may vary depending on their delivery schedule.

How do you ship your orders?
We ship orders through a number of courier partners or India Post according to delivery location.

How can I track my order?
You can track all packages sent through our registered courier partners. Your shipping confirmation e-mail will include your “Tracking Number/ AWB No.” and a link to the company tracking site to track your consignment.

What if I am not available at home, when the product is delivered?
Please make sure someone is available at the shipping address or you have authorized someone to receive the product by tendering the exact amount on your behalf.

How long will it take for the product to reach me?
The estimated time of delivery within India is generally 5-7 business days, time may vary according to your delivery location.

Please note that if your location is not served by our regular courier partners, then we will be dispatching your order through Value Payable Post (VPP) or Speed Post. In such cases, delivery duration may vary from 7-10 days.

Delivery time may also vary according your delivery location. Orders placed from North East India requires minimum 10-12 business days for delivery.

Please allow 12-15 days for international orders. Owing to time taken for custom clearance and forwarding delivery timeline may vary. In case the product is delivered through India Post based on your zip code, it may take 15-20 days for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Jiva can ship orders just about anywhere in the world.

What will be the shipping charges for international orders?
All prices for international orders are shown in USD. International shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the package(s). To determine the cost of shipping to an international destination, simply place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart and click on “ check out ” (displayed on the extreme right side of the page). There you will be prompted to enter your country name and then save it. After you click Save, you will be able to see shipping charges along with product charges in USD. For International shipments, additional charges for customs clearance of the shipment shall be paid by the recipient; Jiva Ayurveda has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

What should I do when I get messages on the webpage like Payment error / Transaction failure or if payment gets declined?
Payment error page is displayed when there is a connection lapse between the payment gateway and the website or the internet connection is interrupted during payment transaction or some required fields are not entered correctly. Please reach our Customer Support team for any queries.

Can I get a refund if I return a product after purchase?
We do not entertain refunds or accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect in our product.
